χαῖρε and salvē!! I am Christian Campos-Rojano, a Brooklyn Latin student, Class of 2026. I’ve studied Latin and ancient Greek for around four years now. Beyond studying Latin and Greek in school, I completed the Basic Latin Intensive program at CUNY (2023) and the Basic Greek Intensive (2024), go LGI! I am very excited to be the head organizer of the Classicon and look forward to spreading love for the Classics!!!

salvē, my name is Ojan Bertrand and I'm a high school senior of The Brooklyn Latin School. The puzzle of reading and writing Latin poetry intrigues me, I enjoy disambiguating the enigmatic Latin of Isaac Newton's Principia Mathematica, and spend my otium practicing photography and being mind-blown by neuroscience! I am very excited as co-organizer to watch the NY Classicon inspire many minds in the classics and ancient languages! 

Salvēte et χαιρετε, My name’s Frandy Veras Gomez, and I am a Junior at the Brooklyn Latin School. I enjoy reading and translating Latin and Greek and have been doing so for the past 3 years. I enjoy deciphering and composing my own sentences in Latin, and in my free time, I love playing Chess and Baseball.

Salvete, I'm Thibaut, a Class II discip at the Brooklyn Latin School. Learning Latin has added such a fascinating layer to the French language I've always spoken, and allowed me to have a better understanding of the romance languages as a whole. Outside of school, I spend my free time playing soccer, basketball, and falling down the rabbit hole of bacterial genomics. I look forward to spreading the love for the original Romance Language and Classics as a whole!

Salve! My name is Lilli Griff and I am a junior at the Brooklyn Latin School. I’ve studied Latin and Greek for three years. I’m part of the outreach team for Classicon and am so excited to continue to spread my love for the Classics.

Hi I’m Fiona Woods, a junior at Brooklyn Latin. I have been studying both Latin and Ancient Greek for three years now, developing a deep passion for the history and culture of antiquity.

Now, I bring that love to life through drama performance and design language. As the theatre coordinator for the NY Classicon, I am excited to set the stage for a beautiful meeting of the minds!
