After lunch, students sat in the auditorium to compete in rounds of trivia on classical history, mythology, and culture. Many questions tested—and also taught—a working knowledge of emperors, famous fleets in conquest, and notable events like the eruption of Mount Vesuvius. The team who named themselves “The Colonists”, after the fact that they migrated to another part of the room, ended up victorious with 19 points.
